Company History

1992

Jiangsu Weida Machinery was founded, focusing on textile machinery manufacturing and laying a solid technical foundation for the paper yarn industry.

2014

Completed shareholding reform and officially renamed Jiangsu Newvictor Machinery Co., Ltd. The company was certified as a High-tech Enterprise and a National Specialized, Refined, Unique and Innovative Small Giant Enterprise.

2019

Jiangsu Newvictor fully invested and established its subsidiary Jiangyin Xintian Yarn Co., Ltd., built a professional paper yarn production base, and launched paper yarn OEM & ODM customized production with an initial annual output of 1,000 tons.

2022

Founded the Papertex Shanghai Operation Center, responsible for global market expansion, technical support and full-range customer services for paper yarn products.

2026

The annual production capacity of paper yarn was upgraded to 3,000 tons, serving the supply chains of world-renowned brands including MUJI, MONTBELL and ANDERSON.
